Is it Time to Ditch the Annual Performance Review?
Some companies get employee performance reviews right: they are tied to quarterly objectives and move the dial on all kinds of metrics and KPIs, plan for professional growth, and build rapport and relationship. So many, however do not. From rating biases to disastrous systems, to miniscule links to the company mission, maybe it’s time to think about ditching those annual performance reviews and implement something better.
